Biaani School House is a personalized microschool in Southlake, Texas for children ages 6 to 14. We offer small class sizes, individualized curriculums, and a supportive learning environment where every child is known, understood, and set up to genuinely thrive.
Guide & Founder
A microschool is a small learning community — usually 5 to 10 kids, where education is personalized to each child instead of one-size-fits-all. It it takes the best of traditional schooling and homeschooling, combining personalized learning, strong relationships, and flexibility with the structure, social interaction, and collaborative opportunities of a school community.

I’m an experienced educator with a passion for helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I’ve worked with elementary students in English monolingual classrooms, Spanish bilingual programs, and special education settings in public schools.
These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how children learn differently, and how important it is to create an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged.
A community where every learner feels understood, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
To provide a safe place where each child can learn in the way they learn best, build confidence, and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Students achieve 35% more growth in math and language compared to traditional school peers.
3 out of 4 students say they're learning at exactly the right level — up from just 34% before joining.
The vast majority of students develop an internal sense of ownership over their own education.
We run Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Each day follows a clear, intentional structure based on Prenda's Learning Model and its 4 C's framework. Giving your child consistency, purpose, and direction every single day.

Our son, Winston, had the privilege of learning from Mrs. Diaz for two years, and I can confidently say she has been one of the most influential teachers in his life.
What makes Mrs. Diaz so special is that she sees and nurtures the whole child. She created an environment where Winston felt safe, valued, and encouraged to be himself. Because of her patience, guidance, and genuine care, we watched him grow not only academically, but also in confidence, independence, and his love of learning. As a parent, there is no greater gift than knowing your child is excited to go to school and feels secure in their classroom.
Winston absolutely adored Mrs. Diaz and thrived under her guidance. She believed in him, challenged him, celebrated his successes, and helped him become the confident young boy he is today.
If you are considering Biaani School House, I cannot recommend Mrs. Diaz highly enough. She is the kind of educator every parent hopes their child will have. Passionate, dedicated, compassionate, and deeply invested in helping children flourish. The impact she has had on our family is something we will always be grateful for.

She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and deeply human.
Esther always finds a way to go the extra mile when it comes to the well-being of her students, colleagues or friends.
I am very fortunate to have met her and to now count her as a wonderful friend.
